Preparing contents for WebHelp

Word-2-Web creates Topic Tree of WebHelp according to the Outline/Document Map of Word document. By default, Word-2-Web creates a topic for each heading in Word document. Any existing Word document with proper outline is ready for creating WebHelp.

·         What is outline? Outline is the structure of a Word document.

·         What are headings? Headings are sentences or phrases formatted with a built-in heading style (Heading 1 through Heading 9) or outline level (Level 1 through Level 9) in Word document.

1.    Before creating the WebHelp system, Please make sure the Word document includes a proper outline.

2.    Open the Document Map Panel and exam if the outline is exactly what you want.
